One on One Fundamentals Pack
Welcome to the Hybrid Fundamentals- three one on one sessions before heading into our small groups program for a week. Over these weeks of training our team are looking forward to blending education with training to make sure you have the opportunity to learn the basics of the way we do things at Hybrid.
We move through a variety of exercises where our coach is looking for your strengths, as well as areas that may be tight, or imbalances that need a little work. Our goal is to learn how you move and give you an insight to how we coach.
As much as this trial pack is about the practical, it is also educational- we tailor coaching cues and progressions or regressions based on your needs and it is an opportunity to ask questions, as many as you need- our coaches role is to help you lay the foundation to either starting a new healthy routine or taking your performance to the next level- maybe even somewhere in between.
