Our personal training clients come to us with a range of training goals and backgrounds. How do we get started?

The first step to getting started is organising a sit down chat with one of our coaches. Rather than getting you in and smashing out a workout, our first session we dive deep into your training goals, what you have done in the past, any injuries or medical concerns that may impact training.

This is a chance to get to understand exactly where you’re start point is, what you want to achieve with training and gives us a chance to work out what you need to get there.

From there we get moving at an intensity appropriate to your start point. Our coaches goal is to guide you to long term health and performance
