We kicked off in 2016 with the goal to becoming one of Canberra’s premier personal training facilities. A commitment to always refining our products and programs so that you, our members got the best result possible.

The name Hybrid takes on a different meaning for each of us- for us, from day one it was the coming together of health and performance. Our goal was to help our members overhaul their health and wellbeing while at the same time sky rocketing performance whether that was for our athletes on the field or in gym performance.

Over the years we have been fortunate to help people of all ages, from kids through to the elderly, of all abilities from the people who said the gym wasn’t their thing, through to professional athletes and everyone in between achieve their goals no matter how big, or how small.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are committed to blending education, exercise and we like to have a bit of fun while we do it.

We are committed to building our community into a group that strive together for improvement.

We are committed to building a network of health professionals beyond our walls to ensure our members get the best help available when needed.

We are not the team of trainers who flog you in the gym- rather we introduce you to exercise principles and over time build the intensity. Being in extreme pain your first session is not at all needed when starting out.

We are committed to managing our group numbers so that we are able to coach and that includes adapting exercises to suit where you are at and still ensure you are progressing.
