What is small group training?

  • Capped Numbers

    We cap class numbers to no more than eight people to ensure you receive the coaching you need to make serious progress in the gym.

    Smaller groups help us get to know one another and build a strong community in the gym- likeminded people working towards a common goal together.

  • Programmed

    Our small group training program follows a series of twelve week training programs to build strength, fitness, power and improve body composition.

    All workouts are tracked in our app to ensure you measure results, note any changes and continue progress.

  • Adaptable

    The beauty of small groups is that we get to know you, what you can do and what you can’t.

    This allows us to change exercises to work around injuries and ensure that no matter your level we can make progress each week.

How do we get started?

Before we get into our small group program, we take all new members through our Fundamentals program. The goal here is to have a chance to spend three one on one sessions with your Hybrid Coach where we get to know how you move, we talk goals, exercise history and any injuries you may have had or currently working with.

Then we take you through our Fundamental movements, ensuring you have a good grasp on not only how to move well, but how to warm up appropriately, accessory work and some drills specific to you, to ensure good movement becomes great movement in time.

Once we have completed the three one on ones, it is then into the small groups for a week to get a feel for how the groups run.
