The goal of our Fundamentals program is to remove the unnecessary confusion out of each ensuring we share with you the tools to propel you towards your training goals.

Movement
We get it, we are a gym- so of course you expect a heavy focus on movement.
Rather than pushing you to your absolute limits though, our Fundamentals program focusses on building sound exercise habits, not just learning how to move, but what movements your body needs to make performance progress while simultaneously leaving pain behind.

Nutrition
Rather than hard diets, we help teach you nutrition principles that firstly fuel your performance and fast track your body composition goals.
One of the most common mistakes people make starting up is trying to change everything all at once- here we focus on stacking nutrition habits over time to ensure that they stick.

Recovery
Great results take more than just hard work.
Whether it is improving your sleep, attending a mobility class or climbing into a sauna- we teach you how, when and where to optimise recovery.
We also make sure you understand why recovery is important for your health now and in the future.
AT HYBrid we do things
a little different
Have you ever started an exercise program before and it has felt all bash and smash, your body is in pain and each workout feels it’s pushing you to breaking point? A few weeks in and it is just unsustainable- so you stop.
At Hybrid we focus on the longer term as we know that our members are going to get much better results with application over a longer period of time than they will in one hard week of training.
We start with the basics and we build from there, stacking new habits at a steady pace to make sure they stick. By the end of your first twelve weeks we will have shifted your movement habits, the way you view nutrition and recovery and most importantly we will be well on our way to managing your long term health, managing aches and pains and improving performance.

Our fundamentals program begins with three 60 minute personal training sessions going through our key movements, we teach you how to prepare to train, to warm up and search for changes you need to work around aches or pains and get the most out of each exercise.
From there, we have one week in our semi private groups, capped at eight people to ensure you receive coaching comparable to personal training with the community of a group.

Our nutrition fundamentals is delivered through an online portal with multiple modules to follow along week by week, steadily adding new habits that are simple, yet highly effective.

Not at all, although we find over 95% of people who do our fundamentals program stay on in our groups, PT or Access+ memberships- you are in no way locked in to any contract, only the three one on one sessions and a week in the groups.
We believe we have a great product to share, but understand it may not be for everyone.

Not a worry at all, we also offer personal training for members who want a more one on one approach with programs designed specifically for you.
