environment and affordability of group training, our Semi Private Group Memberships are the core of Hybrid Performance. Our Semi-Private sessions have a maximum of 8 people per class, so we can provide you with the personalised attention you deserve.

Club Hybrid Membership

$59 per Week

The Club Hybrid Membership is our entry level training option that gives you a mixture of strength, conditioning, mobility and movement classes across the week.

You will have access to up to two small group sessions and an additional three large group sessions.

Includes:

  • 2 sessions per week (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday AM/PM options
  • Unlimited access to “Extras” classes
  • Access to Hybrid information seminars

 

Premium Performance Membership

$99 per Week

The Hybrid Premium Performance Membership is for the trainee looking to take their results to the next level. You will have access to everything in our Club Hybrid membership, as well as general access/swipe access to the gym, regular consultations with your coach to lock down on your training goals and offer further assistance to supercharge your results.

You will have access to up to three small group sessions and all large group sessions.

Includes:

  • 3 sessions per week instead of 4 (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday AM/PM options)
  • Unlimited access to “Extras” classes
  • Swipe access to the gym
  • Once per program consult to discuss nutrition targets and goals
  • Access to Hybrid information seminars
