Your 12 Week Rehabilitation Program is designed to rehabilitate recent or long term injuries, and assist you in achieving pain-free movement.

We will start by tracking and measuring some key health variables, then go on to create a customised training program and nutrition recommendations to ensure your training success.

Your program includes:

  • 1,2 or 3 Personal Training sessions per week
  • 12 Week Nutrition Plan designed to optimise your training outcomes and rehabilitation success
  • 12 Week Training Program tailored towards injury rehabilitation and fat loss

Your 12 Week Fat Loss Program is designed to specifically target the loss of unwanted body fat.

Level 1 Personal Trainer
$65 per Session

Our Level 1 Personal Trainers are our rising stars - With 1 - 2 years experience, all of our Level 1 Personal Trainers undertake our Trainer Development program to ensure a high industry standard of service and quality. 

Level 2 Trainer
$75 per Session
 

Our Level 2 Personal Trainers have been with us for at least 12 months, and have completed our Trainer Development Program, as well as external education from a range of industry leaders to ensure a continued high standard of service and quality. 

Level 3 Trainer
$85 per Session

Our Level 3 Personal Trainers have working with us for at least 3 years, and have completed our Trainer Development Program, as well as external education requirements. They have completed over 2,000 Personal Training sessions with a range of varied clients.
